Refund policy

At Radio Modern Shack, we stand behind every item we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email support@radiomodernshack.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a replacement instead of a refund? No problem. Email us and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos at support@radiomodernshack.com.

Depending on the item and condition:

High‑value or repairable items: We will send you a prepaid return label so the item can be shipped back to us for inspection and parts recovery. Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Low‑value or non‑repairable items: In some cases, we may allow you to keep the item and we will ship a replacement at no cost. This helps reduce waste and speeds up your resolution.
