At Radio Modern Shack, we stand behind every item we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email support@radiomodernshack.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? No problem. Email us and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Opened digital downloads or software

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos at support@radiomodernshack.com.

Depending on the item and condition:

  • High‑value or repairable items: We will send you a prepaid return label so the item can be shipped back to us for inspection and parts recovery. Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

  • Low‑value or non‑repairable items: In some cases, we may allow you to keep the item and we will ship a replacement at no cost. This helps reduce waste and speeds up your resolution.
