RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Radio Modern Shack, we stand behind every item we sell. All of our products are certified refurbished and go through a thorough inspection process before shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — undamaged and in original packaging where applicable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at support@radiomodernshack.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us immediately. We'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been physically damaged after delivery, lost accessories, or items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
